This means that my material I have posted can be used and modified from this site, as long as the original author/creator/inventor is given credit. Where there have been changes made, these should be made available under a compatible (e.g. fair use) license too.
Other people’s images etc will need their permission to reuse. Comments remain the creations (also creators) of their respective authors.

You can go to the Creative Commons Licenses webpage http://creativecommons.org/choose/. There you can copy the HTML text. Paste it into a ‘Text’ widget and place that on your sidebar or wherever. (I hope that makes sense.)

I know you meant that to be “creations” but coincidentally, I had come across today this from Kurt Vonnegut: “We are who we pretend to be …” so I immediately thought that your original is actually true as well.
