Not long after posting my recent Ichthyosaur taxonomy page, with its list of valid genera, I find myself needing amend it; but in a good way.
Published today in the journal Palaeontology is the description of a new Lower Jurassic ichthyosaur from France: Temnodontosaurus azerguensis.
